We are not qualified interior designers but we do have a good "eye" for detail and design.
We do not recommend importing products from the UK;
However tempting those seemingly cheap "Bathroom or Kitchens units are " on UK TV,
dimensions and specifications may not be compatible with Spanish measurements
and infrastrucure; -
This may result in a costly exercise for our clients - it´s far easier to source from Spain..

Iconic “Rock Hotel” Gibraltar embraces
21st Century Renewable Energy Technology
Energy management experts Advasol Solutions assist the famous “Rock Hotel” Gibraltar, in reducing CO2 emissions delivering major cost savings on hot water production.
The Rock Hotel traditionally relied upon fossil fuels to produce hot water since the building was erected in 1932.
The Senior Management Team invited Advasol Solutions to review their existing hot water system and provide renewable energy saving options to replace their existing system.
Advasol Solutions worked directly with the hotel in order to design, supply and install Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP´s) units which were integrated into the existing hotel infrastructure.
The installation was completed in May 2012 and has been running continuously and without problem
The installation resulted in savings in excess 100,000 sterling per annum. The new system using ASHP technology payed for itself in around 18 months?
As a result, the installed equipment has now reduced The Rock´s energy consumption by up to 70% whilst significantly offsetting their carbon footprint. Overall, The Rock Hotel´s reliance on fossil fuels has now been more than halved; the equivalent to the energy required to heat over 2,000 homes?
With 104 rooms The Rock Hotel is one of the
busiest and most reputed hotels in Gibraltar, and therefore the capacity for energy savings and customer appreciation is huge.
Stephen Davenport, General Manager of The Rock Hotel said
“Energy prices have risen significantly during the last 3 years so it is vital for us
as a large commercial user to act now to offset the risk of further
increases whilst significantly reducing our carbon foot print.”
